SamHill, no i mean if you were actually going to stand real boards up on their ends and make all of the rails of the boards touch so that they made a complete continuous circle, you would have to rotate the boards and you wouldn't see the flat face of every board. i was trying to say to do the same thing but in a half circle. like as you move out from the center board rotate each board a little more around the y axis. Confused

but i would keep your old one with all of the boards in a line before you bent it around like that. i dunno its just a thought. probably wouldn't be all that cool cause you couldn't completely see the bottom of every board.

I think I see what your saying. That was a tough one. Its not my best edit, since I just did it in ten minutes, but I hope its more of what your after.
