Nevermind, upon watching the link taku posted (watch it in super high definition, it's great) you have an option for the director to come in and he tells the guy falling through the glass to move and he does. Real people, really good looking scene.

If you watch the extra clips by clicking on the blue lines you will see that almost everything is real in the video. There are very few things that are CG.
