i think its because wakeskating doesnt have a legit mag so every makes their own venue to contribute. a lot of people do not support aws

I stopped looking at AWS a while ago just because it was too much. I liked it far better as an online mag that dropped every couple months. The content was much better at that point. Now, there's too much information being passed around in the wake world which leads to way too much crap being put out that I don't care about. It also seems to leave less to be discussed here. No more rumors!

I'll miss Ben on Oak, but i imagine since it says they're "running" the wakeskate division, he'll have just as much if not more input on the boards and what goes on Very Happy

I'm stoked on what they'll be putting out though. I know Ben is a sick skateboarder, so maybe he'll put out something pretty skatey. I'm stoked on that Cool

I will also miss ben on oak, but ben and andy are pretty much my favorite current wakeskaters, and they're probably some of the nicest dudes on planet earth. So I wish them the best!

Plus, justin is a rad dude and he's very passionate, so I think things will go well. I liked how they built up their energy with company, so it's kind of a buzzkill to know who is already on the wakeskate team, but you know, this is also different!

Even though I'm not good at keeping up with the blogs, I like that the riders are actually taking control of what they put out and what they want to communicate. It's their own outlet, so it's cool that people like andy went out of their way to start their own thing to show what was going on on a daily basis. Because nobody was doing a good job of keeping up with that, so to see how those dudes were slaying that flat bar (as an example) was a breath of fresh air. Nice job, guys! Cool

I hate blogs. But it's good sometimes to see what's going on. I just rely on forums full of people who do blog to bring me the information. Very Happy

actually lollar, you should re-read your first post. You said they were on company, which is false because company is strictly wakeboards. Skateboard corrected you and your post...
