-brand of boat?
-most common boat speed/mph?
-line length?

(I ride behind a Supra SSV at 23 mph with a 75 feet rope...)

vance, It's not about the size of the boat that matters... It's about how much fun you can have behind it, either it's an X-Star, Sea doo, pontoon boat or a winch... Smile

89 22' Sunbird I/O

18.5-20mph 60 ft line

I have a hard time understanding all you guys going over 22mph.At that speed I feel like I am skipping across the water too fast and I can't get any pop.It's like I can't get my tail to stomp for my ollies and w2w sure the wake is narrower and you can get good distance but I lose all my height.I feel like I skip over the wake rather than up and arcing.
And I know my speed is correct I have GPS on board.

The speed depends on the boat. Behind some boats, I may ride at 19 to 20 mph and may go up to 23 mph behind other boats.
