would it be possible to wakeskate on an marine-proofed skateboard blank? you could grip it with foam or whatever to make it floatier but wuld it be even possible to get up on? and I know its too narrow to have your whole foot on the board and i have small feet but i know my feet will hang of the edge of the board. I think it could be something fun to mess around on. thnx! _________________ wakeskate low tide, surf high tide. |

no such thing as stupid questions, just stupid people...just kidding, it might work if you had one of those big boards they use for the mega ramp at the X games, cause those boards are pretty big. _________________ I run show where ever I go. |

| You would probably be having to go faster than normal. |

| taking out a skateboard blank for a spin works BUT: you either have to go really fast or really hold on to the handle. and second, it'll be hard to edge out because of the skateboards concave. so over all it'll be one slippery unstable ride. |

i felt like trying that about a week ago
with a 7.75 deck
did not work
and i only weigh 110 lbs
i could get in the crouching position but the board wouldnt float up with me
but a 8.25 or bigger might work _________________ fins-personal preference

bustamove, mine is 17 foot with A 90 horse power. It makes a good wake for me, somewhere in the middle of a sea-doo and inboard wakeboard boat. me and my friends like it and its the only thing we have so it works. _________________ wakeskate low tide, surf high tide. |

| You might need one of those cheap skateboards like from Target for like $15. They won't be as concave, so it would be better for edging. |

| It's hard...I've tried on an old Wally mart deck...you definitely need to be going pretty fast. |
