| i actually have been riding the legacy this summer and have never been that impressed with it. Today i hopped on the old byerly and love how easy it is to pop (thought kick tails were supposed to help). Well my board has been chipping so im gonna return it and get either the 112 catalyst (use to rock it and loved it) or try out the vinyl. Just wanted to know how the vinyl rode. |

i have the vinyl and it is the best thing that has ever happenened to me (wakeskating wise) it is kinda on the heavy side and it is very thick (i cant fit it in my wakeboard racks on the boat so it sits up front) but other than that the shank fins are absolutely amazing
they give you traction for w2w and they release off the water without trouble
112 is a bigg board too
even a 108 is over a 42" |

I have gone through two legacy's allready and finally traded it in for a vynil.
I find the vynil rides faster and is more boyant. It also is awsome for wake to wake stuff. It rides alot nicer than the legacy, its also wider and gives you more room for your feet. |

rfmcrx, Picked up the vinyl eh. good choice.
goride, I would definatly recomend the vinyl over the catalyst 112. The vinyl is an amazing all around board and is sick for everything. the catalyst is more w2w specific and not as good for flats tricks and such. and if you have bigger feet the vinyl is nice and wide.
the vinyl = |

i ride the vinyl. i tried out the byerly legacy but my feet are too big for the concave deck it has. if you have big feet like me, go for the vinyl although the legacy is super grippy imo and seems like it will never leave your feet in the air |

i traded the legacy today for a vinyl and OH MY GOD what a big difference. Vinyl just rides so much cleaner. POP is by far the best ive had and ive ridden the catalyst, legacy, 06 byerly, integ, gator pro model, 484 concave. W2W felt solid, i think the legacy felt a little grippier in air but i had no problem with the vinyl. Shuvs were by far the best out of ever board, well maybe not the 484 cause you can throw 3 shuvs w/o even trying.
Overall a killer stick to ride. |

I highly disliked the Vinyl. I felt like it was slow, heavy, and I could not find that sweet spot that I have on my Integrity. _________________ -Jordan Schwaller

| I agree with lake weir ocala FL, the vinyl is super slow and takes for ever to react... but then again other people love it, I ride with two people that just love the Vinyl not to mention BT... I legacy rides like a wood deck and is fast to respond, the raised kicktails help sink the tail which in turn gives it some wicked pop... |

i have the vinyl and i find that the pop is better than any other board i have had... the extra space for your feet really helps and the weighting is really good for flip tricks....i would reccomend the vinyl any day _________________ -Cape Canaveral- |

| the vinyl def. has the best pop ive ever felt for a composite board. But to be honest ive found just as good or better pop with wood boards like cassette. But i know ppl who have lots of problems with snapping their boards or delaming problems with most brands. |
