How much did your skate end up weighing? And as far as building process goes was it like this?
1.) Glue 3 pieces of wood together, clamp and put weight in middle for rocker.
2.) After glue dries, sand board add kicks and concave and then add urethane coat (how many?) Did you need to sand any of the urethane?
3.) Paint graphics then add more urethane (how many coats?)
Also, if you drilled holes for the fins instead of hardmounting them, how would you go about getting urethane in the drill holes, just kind of pour it in?
Thanks for the help, if you get any pics riding it, I'd love to see them. _________________ "It's like there's not enough pants where there need to be more pants." |

That is basically the process. Kinda. There is a little more to it but that is the basics. I have not weighed the board??? I have held a few other factory boards and I would say the were about the same. If I get a chance I will weigh it. |

Is there anything critical I left out that I should know. I think I'm gonna give it a shot. _________________ "It's like there's not enough pants where there need to be more pants." |
