bennyhill, the core is closed cell foam so it wont absorb any water or waterlog. epoxy it and clamp it and you should be good. |

wakemitch, exactly.
ive had my lemons since it came out in 05 and ridden it constantly and put it through years of abuse getting run into docks and rails and hard w2w landing. the only thing that has happen are seperation between the pbt/durasurf and the board and i just use marine epoxy and the next day (or 72 hours) its ready to shred.
bennyhill, pics will help determine what exactly is happening |

the best stuff IMO is the two part epoxy resin. You can get it at any home depot. like mitch and other said, fill in the area with the epoxy resin mix, and then clamp it. Sand off the excess glue and you'll be good to go. you might want to scuff up the area where you apply the glue as well, it will help the glue attach stronger. _________________ integrity-wake.com | chriscut.com |

get a fibergalss kit. then put some fiberglass on it let it harden then sand it down. I had to do that with my integ. |
