homez, If he's having trouble with fs shuvs i doubt he can varial heel haha.

Slaytwebeling, fs shuvs are definately weird at first. It's important to tuck your knees a lot because (for me) it just comes natural to pop them uncomfortably high. Also as you pop, use your back foot to jump back and stay with the board. As for front your front foot just don't let it get in the way or flick the board in any way.

try to almost push it forward when you pop the trick and then you have to jump back a little bit
