dont know if its old or not but i just saw the red bull adrift episode of pull. reed is the sickest skater on the planet. nose manual, backside TAILSLIDE, noseslide, BLUNT slides, back bigs off. that is some of the sickest footage ive ever seen. i truly feel sorry for those that dont have fuel, ive personal never seen some of the stuff on this episode. grubb and horrel also tore it up like crazy. must have been an awesome experience.

do you have the free redbull adrift dvd that came with one of the alliance issues? The footage sounds similar, but all of that is on that blessed disk...all that, and so much more.

I've got that DVD (thanks to Alliance sending me a copy since the one that came with the magazine didn't work - probably messed up while sitting in the magazine racks) and it's soooooooooo good. The extra footage is funny too.

ozwest, my dvd is weird too, because it won't play on my oldest dvd player, but it will play on my more recent ones. that upsets me, because the nice tv is hooked up to the old dvd player, which is what my comfy chair is situated in front of, where I tend to pray every late night. Blessed be tom goes to the mayor, holy art thou my wakeskate dvds...

isn't that just TERRIBLE? Very Happy

and the dvd is like 30 minutes long so it wouldn't be that rad to post. try to buy the back issue from alliance. it's the cheapest, most raddest video you'll ever get for 3.99. it's actually one of my favorite videos at the moment. not only is it progressive and totally unique, but to see the fun and the good vibes from all of those guys is inspiring as well. like reed vibing off of grubb's shuv into the pool to front board...anyway, it seems like a good reason to buy redbull...but I'm easily influenced by the media.

contact someone at alliance--mail@alliancewake.com is a start. Just say that you want to try and buy a back issue of the alliance with the redbull adrift story and the free dvd. I don't remember the issue number, but it couldn't have been more than two issues back. I think I got my copy in june???

Hey, I think my DVD player is too old too and strangely enough, it's hooked up to our newer TV. The PS2 wouldn't play it either. Guess it's time to upgrade the DVD player...but I'll need some Red Bull 1st.

I mean...seriously!!! It sucks though, because it'd be nice to watch that video as I drift off to sleep...but all that dvd player says is "no disk." Hmm...maybe if I pour redbull into the dvd player...

hey, I found the issue and request issue 2006.7 (august).

If you drink your age in Red Bull and resist the urge to pee...the DVD player will allow it to play...or perhaps not.
