| and it was lame. not many riders were there, but the ones that were, were pretty sweet. grubb clinched it today with 2 wake to wake 360s. that was basically the biggest trick thrown. not to say that isn't sweet, but i was kind of expecting more out of GD or someone. |

It seems like a busy weekend for comps, because you had the wake games, the hippodrome, and I guess there was some sort of high profile wakeboarding competition in china (I saw something in a post on wakeworld, and chad sharpe and danny harf were there, along with dallas friday and a few other ripping women).
I think the heavy up-and-commers in wakeskating went to the hippodrome.

I was at wake games too, it was ok, not a real wakeskate friendly event, but very cool for wakeboarding the strappers went off
