schoolbusskater, , im making skates right now by hand out of 1/8th inch plys in a home made perss, and that board is possible to make without a CNC, but it makes it little easier if u have one Smash

. If you have some kind of table sander, you can get that sloped angle on the kicktail edge, and than take a circular sander to get the smoothe, rounded edges. Obviously it wont look quite as good, but you can get pretty close. And also, who would make a board with a washer like that Rolling Eyes
