Its gay in indiana. When you turn 16 you can take the written part of the test. Then when you are 16 and 30 days you can take the driving part and get your license................doesnt make alot of sense.

If all gos well i should get mine around march 18 Birthday

cali is super gay. you need to have your liscence for a year before you can have minors in your car or drive between 11pm and 5am. what really sucks is that it used to be six months before you can take minors and a year before you could drive between 12 and 5 but they changed it after i had my liscence for four months. im still waiting to drive my friends around (legally)

integrity640, you've got it easy. In Canada it's nearly the same except after your written test, you have to wait something like 18 months before you can take your road-test to be legally allowed to drive on your own with only one passenger (immediate family members are excused). Then another eternity to get your full liscence. Cry Wink

louisianas is pretty simple.....permit at 15 have to have someone thats 21 or a family member thats 18 and once you turn 16 and have had it for 6 months you can get your liscence with the only restriction of driving between 11 and 5 on weekdays and 1 and 5 on friday and saturday. at 17 you have a full liscense with no restrictions

and i turn 16 on the 23rd

shane, where do you live?! in the REAL Canada you take ur first test when ur 16, then you can drive but you have to have a passenger that has there final test(usually a parent). and then if you take driving school you can get your license 8 months after you take the first test. EXAMPLE: birthday on janurary 1st, take the test, do driving school you can then drive by urself 8 months after janurary 1st.
