Don't take this the wrong way, it is still illegal in the state of Colorado to possess marijuana, and Denver is not an exception, but I just thought it was interesting (I don't even smoke marijuana).

theres 12 states that medical marijuana is legal. and in denver its only legal to posses an ounce or less. its still illegal to purchase sell grow or smoke it

koolbeans, thats weird, thats pretty much self-incrimination. there was a spreme court ruling about this back in like the 20's where you could grow it bit not posses it (not exactly sure what the law was), but you had to get stamps to grow it from the gov, so it was self-incrimination (that was what the case was about).
