| no it is normal for the spools to be like that when it is in low gear(3/8" offset on the centerline)....the belt will disengage when the idle speed is low enough and when there is some resistance ... |

those new GTC tav's are rated up to 13 hp....so no more problems there.
lately some guys are using the oilbath CC's...they don't burn out so fast!
